Contact Get Example Files
Have a question about a sample file, a checksum mismatch, a CDN download issue, or a format request? Email us directly — we read messages about QA downloads and content gaps.
Email: hello@get-examplefiles.com
Include the format page URL, filename (for example example-5mb.pdf), and what you expected versus what happened. That helps us reproduce CDN or checksum problems quickly.
What we can help with
Fixture and download issues
Broken CDN links, unexpected MIME types, or SHA-256 mismatches against the table on a format page.
Format requests
Ask for deeper fixtures (for example fillable PDFs, schema-labeled CSV, multi-sheet XLSX) Tell us what you are trying to test.
Site feedback
Navigation, accessibility, or documentation improvements for QA workflows.
